Crisp lines. No drama.
Painting.
Interior and exterior commercial painting — from a full-area remodel to a refresh touch-up across an entire portfolio.
Overview
What you get when you hire us for painting.
Paint is the cheapest brand statement your building makes. Done right, it disappears into the experience. Done wrong, it's the only thing customers and tenants remember. We handle interior and exterior commercial coatings with prep that actually lasts.
- Full-area remodels
- Refresh & touch-up programs
- Interior & exterior coatings
What's included
Every piece of the job
under one roof.
Interior repaints
Offices, common areas, lobbies, restrooms, back-of-house. Low-VOC coatings and after-hours scheduling when needed.
Exterior coatings
Building facades, trim, doors, bollards, and structural steel. Spec'd for the climate and the substrate.
Full-area remodels
Whole-suite or whole-building repaints coordinated with floor and millwork crews so the punch list closes once.
Refresh & touch-up
Recurring touch-up programs that keep portfolios looking new — without standing up a full project every time.
Specialty coatings
Epoxy floors, anti-graffiti, intumescent fireproofing touch-ups, and high-traffic finishes that don't burnish off.
Color & specs
We'll match your brand standards (or help develop them) and document the spec so the next refresh matches the first.
Our process
How a painting job runs.
Same play every time — so you know what to expect, and so we don't leave anything on the table.
- 01
Site walk & color
Walk the space, agree on scope and finishes, and sample any uncertain colors on the actual wall — not a swatch.
- 02
Prep
Repair, patch, sand, mask. Most of the job is what happens before paint touches the wall — and that's the part that determines how long it lasts.
- 03
Application
Right product, right tools, right number of coats. Clean cut lines, no drips, no over-spray on the carpet you're not replacing.
- 04
Walk & sign-off
Punch walk with you, knock out anything flagged, and leave the touch-up paint labeled for future repairs.
Can you paint while we stay open?+−
Yes — most of our commercial work runs in occupied buildings. We schedule by zone, use low-VOC products, and contain dust so operations keep moving.
Do you handle exterior paint in NEPA winters?+−
Exteriors are weather-dependent. We use cold-weather coatings down to spec'd temperatures, but we'll be honest if a job should wait for spring rather than risk failure.
Do you offer recurring touch-up programs?+−
Yes — most of our portfolio clients are on a quarterly or biannual refresh schedule. It's the cheapest way to keep a property looking like it was painted last month, year after year.
